MIAPI provides a web-grounded AI answers API that returns search results, AI-generated answers, and citations. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share your keys publicly. You are responsible for all usage under your account. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are abused or shared.
You may use MIAPI for lawful purposes only. You may not use the API to generate spam, misinformation, or content that violates applicable laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — your plan continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice.
Each plan includes specific query limits and rate limits. Exceeding these limits may result in throttled or rejected requests. We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain service quality.
We store your email address and hashed password for account purposes. API queries are logged for usage tracking but are not stored long-term or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, incorrect API responses, or downtime.
MIAPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on API responses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email.
