We collect your email address when you create an account, and your name if you sign in with Google. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
Your email is used for account authentication, billing notifications, and important service updates. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in. API queries are logged temporarily for usage tracking and rate limiting.
Account data is stored on secured servers. API keys are generated uniquely per account. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use HTTPS for all communications.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Google for optional sign-in authentication, and Google Analytics for website traffic analysis. Each of these services has their own privacy policies.
We use minimal cookies for session management. Google Analytics may set cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at support@miapi.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
MIAPI is not intended for use by individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
